-Gordon Celebrity Bowl Wrap Up-
The Jeff Gordon Foundation hosted the Ninth Annual "Gordon Celebrity Bowl" in Indianapolis, Indiana on Thursday, July 22nd. Every dollar raised at this year’s bowling tournament was invested the Jeff Gordon Children's Foundation Pediatric Research Fund at Riley Hospital for Children.
This year took on the theme of the 50’s bringing that retro feeling that is bowling. Upon arrival you entered into a facility completed redesigned to reflect a 1950’s drive-in movie theatre. The volunteers brought everything to life with their poodle skirts, rolled up jeans and slicked back hair. With the 50’s music playing and burgers served in the old style plastic baskets the mood of the event was upbeat and lively.
